Britacan was hired as PM and designer to assist Kraft amalgamate the Cadbury company into new premises across the country, including Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. Working closely with the facility team out of Chicago, Britacan assisted with a workplace regeneration. Kraft was moving to a completely open plan with limited offices. The new collaborative style meant a major change for the company and, as the local PM, we had to be forefront on the transition management from offices to open plan concept. For the Toronto sales office of 80,000 s.f., there were only 4 private offices in a head count of 400 people.
